Dog housing (Lenoir City)

I have a 12 week old pit mix I need to find a temporary place to board.
I can't keep him where I currently am but I don't want to get rid of him.
I am trying to get out of my bad situation.
I been trying to get him to be my service animal as well.
Please text me if you can help.
I'm willing to make some sort of arrangement.
I just can't lose him.
