*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist assigned Plumbing Service Technician in the execution of service calls, actively learning from each experience.
* Help maintain and organize equipment and job sites to ensure efficient and safe work environments.
* Participate in customer interactions under the guidance of the assigned technician, learning to provide exceptional customer service.
* Develop understanding and skills related to plumbing and service technician work through hands-on experience and continuous learning.
* Record job notes accurately and timely, contributing to effective job management and customer communication.
* Demonstrate a proactive and eager approach to learning new tasks and taking on challenges in the plumbing field.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with a keen interest in learning about the plumbing industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new concepts and skills.
* Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
* Valid driver's license.
