*Job Description for Plumbing Service Technician* • The Plumbing Service Tech works with our current and potential clients to provide Legendary Service.
They will educate the client on their problem and the full scope of the solution to help them land on the best option that fits their needs.
The technician will then accomplish the job operating with the highest level of craftsmanship possible and taking utmost care to leave the clients home better than they found it.
They will build the kind of trust and relationship with the clients that earn their loyalty, their referrals of friends and family and 5 star reviews when called upon.
Responsibilities 1.
Follow our proven Best Plumber Service Call and Inspection Process 2.
Perform a complete evaluation of the plumbing systems to discover and document all significant plumbing problems in the home 3.
Follow all steps for communication, documentation and close out procedures for each job to include our software tools, communications with the customers, dispatch and service manager.
4.
Maintain a clean, organized and properly stocked truck with required tools, marketing materials and inventory.
5.
Follow all requirements and common sense practices to ensure work is completed safely.
6.
Successfully ask for and receive a 5 star review for your work on a regular basis.
