Construction Superintendent

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent leadership skills.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities - Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations - Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog - Conduct quality control inspections - Oversee project budgeting and cost management \*\*Experience:\*\* - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations - Experience with ProCore or similar construction management software - Ability to effectively build and manage project teams - Demonstrated skills in budgeting and cost control - Excellent quality control practices This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and the chance to work on exciting construction projects.
