\*\*Job Description:\*\* We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our construction crew as a Full-Time Construction Crew Member.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the construction of inground vinyl liner swimming pools.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Assist in all aspects of pool construction, including excavation, installation of vinyl liners, plumbing, and finishing.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Good physical health and stamina, able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Construction experience is highly preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
