Senior HVAC/R Technician

Responsibilities: * Provide top-notch HVAC/R system repair, maintenance, and installation services to customers.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the science behind HVAC/R systems and apply that knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
* Exhibit excellent customer service skills and take joy in helping customers, co-workers, and the local community.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to support and uplift each other in achieving our shared goals.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our services and operations.

* A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R service.
* Good driving history and a valid driver's license.
* Experience in Hot side services will be considered a plus.
