We're hiring for Guest Services & Event Staff.
Your responsibilities: * Take tickets from guests in admission area * Assist guests in following procedures while waiting in lines * Make sure everyone follows safety rules * Perform customer service tasks and maintain clean area in retail stores * Remove trash and debris around the facility to maintain positive guest experience Who you are: * You are on time and reliable * You pride yourself on getting the work done * You are able and willing to commute to Knoxville, TN * You have a good attitude! The requirements: * You must be a resident of Missouri to be eligible for this role.
