*What are we looking for?*
* *Experience as a HVAC supervisor/superintendent on new construction*
* *Large-scale residential or commercial/multifamily experience*.
* Reading and interpreting *blueprints*.
* *Installing HVAC units* in new construction, residential settings
* Experience with *managing subcontractors* as well as maintaining relationship with GC and internal customers.
* Good communications skills in English.
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
* Good organizational skills and technically savvy (computer skills, being able to use/learn ProCore, eSub, and other software for bids, submittals, etc.
)
* Experienced in planning and coordinating of crews with tasks to be performed, and monitoring performance.
* Key communication point for their job with Project Manager, Area Manager, HR, Safety, Sub-contractors, and other key partners.
* Ability to read and comprehend construction blueprints
* Knowledge of HVAC duct configurations and airflow impact
* Understands submittal data and related construction documents
* Understands equipment installation and operations manuals
* Experienced with sheet metal, duct board and flexible duct systems
* Knowledge of HVAC start up procedures and troubleshooting
* _Valid driver's license_

Pay: From $25.
