Job Responsibilities: * Pick and Packing: Your primary responsibility will be picking and packing T-Shirts efficiently and accurately.
You'll work with a team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
* Heat Press Operation: You will be trained to operate a heat press machine, which is used to apply designs and graphics to T-Shirts.
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the proper placement and quality of prints.
* Quality Control: Maintain a high level of quality control to ensure that all T-Shirts meet our standards.
This includes inspecting garments for defects and imperfections.
* Inventory Management: Assist in keeping track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
Requirements: * No prior experience necessary; we will provide training.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of orders.
* Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift boxes and garments.
