I need someone to work around my house in Cedar Bluff.
part-time, once or twice per week.
I prefer someone who lives nearby.
The more skills you have, the better, but no special skills or tools are required.
I will show you how to do the work or work with you.
Starting pay is $15 per hour, by check.
You would not be expected to do hard work, just to work steady, focus on doing a good job, and enjoy the work.
I usually have a person working once or twice a week for 6 to 8 hours.
Depending on the time of year, here is the kind of work needed:
— pressure washing (deck, boat, etc.
)
— stripping a deck and re-painting it
— cleaning windows, cars, furniture, etc.
— yardwork: planting flowers, trees, pulling weeds, trimming bushes, etc.
— clearing out (garage/deck) for re-organizing
— installing appliances, repairing, cleaning, painting, etc.
Since we don't know you and you will be coming to our house, I need you to tell me about yourself and what kind of work you can do.
