need a co-founder (kingston, tn)

Am starting a meat processing plant in Roane County and am looking for a partner to help me organize, build and manage it.
Processing experience not necessary but a cattle and/or hog producer background would be a big help.
Otherwise, anyone with a good business head on his shoulders and time on his hands.
