Role Summary
Eagle Bend Manufacturing is hiring an experience Tool and Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain dies, fixtures, and all other tooling related to the manufacture and assembly of stamped, roll formed, and welded steel automobile components.

Key Responsibilities
Work to blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to repair and maintain stamping dies and assembly tooling
Support production department with tooling needs; respond to shop-floor calls in a timely manner
Assure safe operation and care of tool room equipment
Produce quality work in a timely manner
Assess complex tooling and equipment needs and refurbish as required
Troubleshoot and solve tooling problems without assistance
Set up and operate all tool room equipment with no assistance (with exception of CNC equipment)
Work to continuously improve tooling and reduce scrap
Key Qualifications/Requirements
Journeyman Preferred but not necessary with 4 years minimum of experience working as a Tool and Die Maker
Tool & Die Maker experience
Overhead Crane experience
Ability to read tool and die designs and prints
Basic shop math and trigonometry
Ability to use precise measuring equipment
Ability to operate all standard tool room equipment
Must be able to work without supervision
Ability to train and develop apprentices
Individual must be self-motivated
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to communicate well with others
Ability to work overtime
