We primarily specialize in residential and light commercial properties.
This is not just a job to us; this is a career and can be for you as well! The plumber we are needing will assist our Lead on residential calls and help grow our plumbing team.
*Responsibilities* * Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems * Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.
g.
, electrical wiring) * Install and maintain water supply systems * Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.
g.
, leaks) * Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
* Repair domestic appliances (e.
g.
, washing machines) and fixtures (e.
g.
sinks) etc.
* Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, radiators etc.
) * Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems _*Qualifications*_ * 5+ yrs.
Plumbing experience REQUIRED from hands on experience * Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings * Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances * Physically able to perform the job and its entirety * Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship * Must be able to lift and move heavy objects exceeding 50lbs daily * Maintain professional appearance * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Pass drug screen * Ability to work overtime as needed with rotating on-call shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
