Accounts Receivable Administrator

Division 4 Knoxville TN Summary Responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing invoices and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Prepare, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Create invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
Maintain and update customer data, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
Identify delinquent accounts and contact accountholders to request payment.
Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
Assists in generating monthly billing statements.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED; two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
