The Yard Force is a full-service lawn and landscaping company that specializes in lawn care, landscape, hardscape, and irrigation installation/maintenance.

We are looking for experienced Hardscape Crew leaders / Foreman for full time work.
Qualified candidates have the following:
* Great attitude and work ethic
* Ability to work 40+ hrs Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
* Year-round work; not seasonal
* Works/communicates well in a team environment
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Valid drivers license is preferred
Pay: $18.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
Requirements:
* Punctual, trainable, willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a team environment (multi/bilingual skills are a plus)
* Able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
* Must be willing to work Saturdays during peak demand season
* Must have the ability to operate lawn care equipment, trucks, and lift up to 80 lbs
* Must be comfortable with a highly seasonal job and flexible lawn care/landscaping duties
* Perform duties in accordance with company safety policy and OSHA guidelines
