ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Creating and maintaining technical training manuals for new and existing equipment.
Work directly with content specialists (process engineering, asset managers, asset leaders, team leads, content trainers, global engineering, and OEM to determine the needs of the end users.
Coordinate and oversee hands on training on new equipment by working with OEM, maintenance, TL, AL, and engineering.
Create training sign offs, communicate schedules, and training objectives.
FAT runs and may include visiting OEM and going through the factory acceptance testing coordinator and equipment overview.
As time allows update training plans.
Work closely with Training Manager on this.
Training Manager is the process owner.
Updated training plans need to go through CDR process.
Training plans are used to help develop and associates’ knowledge and understanding of tasks directly related to their job training plans which are comprised of questions and instruction that the associate is expected to learn and demonstrate understanding on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily.

) 3-5 years manufacturing experience Strong Microsoft Office Skills required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and technical writing skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Previous machine operator experience.
Project Management Skills or ability to learn.
Desktop Publishing experience or ability to learn.
Photo editing software experience or ability to learn.
Training with multiple departments to better understand the needs and requirements you may be providing input and support for.
May include but not limited to maintenance, tech writing, engineering, and training teams.
