Needing Nice Place April 1st (Knoxville)

Hey there.
I'm a single male and had an apartment secured for April 1st or, so I thought.
The apartment went to someone else.
My current lease ends 4/1/24 and at this point, I've got to do something.
I have 2 weeks to be out of my current basement apartment.
Good references, it's just that the upstairs landlord is converting the apartment into a Yoga Studio.
I've paid her $750 monthly for twelve months.
I know what's out there, as I look every day again now.
I work in an HVAC office in Seymour, so I'm gone by 6:45 every morning and don't get home till about 6:00 or so.
I work, keep to myself, go to church then back to work on Monday morning.
Repeat, etc.
Would love to find another basement apartment situation again with it's own entrance and space.
I am open to anything however and I must locate something quickly.
