We are looking for an experienced casualty claims adjuster to join our *Nashville, TN* office.
As a Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex automobile accidents, property damage, and bodily injury claims.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach.
All applicants must have at least 5 years of field experience in handling general liability claims.
This is not a desk-adjusting position.
Applicants must have primary residence within the state of Tennessee.
Out-of-state applicants will be rejected.
Compensation corresponding to experience.
*Responsibilities*
* Investigate claims to determine liability and scope of damages
* Conduct interviews with witnesses, policyholders, and third-party claimants
* Use in-depth knowledge of insurance policies to evaluate coverage and determine appropriate compensation
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and payments
* Negotiate settlements with claimants or their legal representatives
* Work closely with other departments, such as legal and medical, to gather information related to claims
* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all claims-related activities
*Requirements:*
* This is a field adjusting position
* Must reside within the state of Tennessee
* Minimum 5 years casualty claims adjusting experience
* Extremely dependable and self-motivated
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prepare full captioned reports
* Strong Planning and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license & reliable method of transportation
* Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, digital camera and/or smartphone, digital recorder
* Prior independent experience is preferred
* Experience in writing detailed reports
* A compassionate and resilient personality
* High school diploma.
