Program Trainer - Tennessee
The Charles Lea Center is Looking to Hire a Full-time Program Trainer.
The Program Trainer works under the general direction of the State Director and will focus on developing and delivering train- the- trainer adult learning solutions to result in high impact and performance improvement.
Will participate as an active team member in all required Tenn DIDD and CLC meetings and trainings, Summits, Conferences, Learning Collaboratives, Partnership Meetings, and Community Meetings, and assuring that programs is meeting all contractual requirements and outcomes.

We are looking for a Program Trainer grounded in person centered thinking, who can foster a creative and forward-thinking approach to providing services in Tennessee.
The Charles Lea Center is a CQL accredited organization that is based in Spartanburg South Carolina and provides services in South Carolina, and North Carolina and recently was awarded a contract with the Tennessee Department If intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to provide services in their State.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check upon hire
Valid driver's license
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's in Human Services, Social Work, Business Administration, and or Communication or related field from an accredited University or College with some experience developing e- learning training using mainstream tools and a plus, experience in providing or coordinating services to people with disabilities and special needs/ or case management services is (preferred)
-OR-
Four (4) years of experience as a program trainer; with a proven background in building/ or implementing a cohesive training program by utilizing motivational, coaching, and mentoring techniques in person and virtually to diverse adult learners and a plus, experience in providing or coordinating services to people with disabilities and special needs/ and or case management services (preferred)

A DAY AS THE PROGRAM TRAINER
As the Program Trainer, you are responsible for daily scheduling while maintaining an updated calendar shared with State Director
Develop an environment that stimulates learning and growth, while fostering an environment that enables learners to acquire new knowledge, skills, and competencies
Maintain knowledge of person-centered planning tools and the MAPs programmatic information (to include service definitions, service outcomes, VCRM training, etc.
) to develop program training in alignment with Innovative Coordinator Services
Track and analyze learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of individual performances
Follow the Standards, regulations required by Tennessee Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, and ensures that all relevant policy and procedures are adhered to in the programs
