We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Therapist to join our team.
As a Primary Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality therapy and support to individuals seeking treatment for behavioral health and substance abuse challenges.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
* Provide evidence-based therapy, counseling, and support to individuals or groups.
* Monitor and document client progress, ensuring that therapy goals are met.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and address clients' needs.
* Offer psychoeducation and support for clients and their families.
* Stay current with the latest developments in the field of behavioral health and therapy.
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
* Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LADAC in the state of Tennessee.
* Prior experience in providing therapy for individuals with behavioral health and substance abuse challenges.
* Strong clinical and assessment skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic skills.
* Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and best practices.
