00/hr* *Available Shifts:* * *7:00am - 7:00pm (Days)* * *7:00pm - 7:00am (Nights)* * *Rotating weekend shifts as well* Job Details: * Provide patient care in accordance with nursing supervision and the given facility standards * As directed by professional staff, moves, positions, lifts and transports residents in care using a variety of lifts and other aids in order to make them more comfortable, to prepare them for treatment and to deliver them to appropriate treatment facilities * Complete timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient’s/client’s progress * Assist in the transport of patients * Maintain a clean and healthy environment Qualifications: * Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate * One year of Assisted Living/Rehab experience a plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.
