*Pay Range:*
* $15 to $17/hour depending on education level and experience
*Available Shifts:*
* FT Day Shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, with rotating weekends
* FT Evenings 4:00 pm - 12:00 am, with rotating weekends
* FT Nights 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, with rotating weekends
* PRN (as-needed)
*Shift Diffs range from $1.
25 to $4.

*Behavioral Health Technician responsibilities:*
* Providing direct care and close supervision of facility patients and documenting behavior
* Developing positive, healthy relationships with patients and co-workers
* Following facility policies & procedures, implementing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention as necessary
* Act as a _positive and healthy_ role model in using appropriate counseling skills by de-escalating aggression, using active listening skills, using appropriate tone and volume of voice, providing a high frequency and variety of positive reinforcements, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and promoting a positive peer culture
*Hiring Requirements:*
* Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Must pass pre-employment drug screen, 7-year criminal background screen, finger print screen, MVR screen, work history and reference check.
