Production Operator

*Production Operator* *3 ½ days on 3 Days off* *Schedules and shifts do not rotate!* Current Open Positions on A & C shifts Pay: $15 Three (3) hourly increases in 15 months! Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, STD/LTD, and more! Paid holidays & vacation after 90 days! Safe work environment.
Excellent time off! *Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred!* Del Conca USA will train those willing to learn, making this position great for anyone trying to make an easy change/start in their career! *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Operates Production Lines in accordance with established procedures.
* Performs sample test using standard operating procedures.
* Visually inspects products; comparing product to original “sample” and works to resolve any discrepancies.
* Operates lines to ensure efficiency and production standards are being met.
* Ensures acceptable levels of production are met and quality standards are consistently achieved.
* Regularly inspects product to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
* Maintains work area in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.
* Makes modifications to production lines as needed to correct production and/or quality issues.
* Alerts supervisor to any problems with production levels and/or quality standards.
* Maintains production and quality control logs as required by established procedures.
* Comply with safety regulations (OSHA and Company) and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
* Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
* Ability to learn * May lift completed products of approximately 60 lbs.
