Mobile Swim Instructor for Private Swim Lessons

Responsibilities: - Conduct swim lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels - Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety skills - Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students - Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their swimming abilities - Develop lesson plans and activities that are engaging and age-appropriate - Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants during swim lessons - Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance Skills: - Strong behavior management skills to effectively handle different student behaviors in the water - Experience working with children, such as in childcare or physical education settings - Knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Experience working with students in other sports or physical activities (e.

, Judo, Martial arts, Cheerleading, climbing) is a plus - Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with students Requirements: -previous swim lesson experience minimum of 1 year -a valid drivers license and reliable car to get from one lesson to another -a smart phone to view appointments, mark arrival and completion of lessons -participation in Sea Love Swim's curriculum course -must pass a background check (cost $40) -must provide two character references -must have a current first aid/cpr certificate Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
