Seeking to hire & build a team of Personal Trainers/Group Fitness Instructors within the Knoxville/East TN area to coach our wellness classes at various types of organizations including, but not limited to, Addiction and Mental Health Recovery Programs, Senior Living Facilities and Residential Communities.
Group fitness and experience leading multiple different types of classes is preferred, including Strength & Conditioning, Bootcamp/HIIT Style classes, Yoga & Meditation (traditional styles as well as modified), Cardio Kickboxing, Etc.
The ability to modify and adapt groups/movements for the clients' abilities and fitness level is preferred.
Experience working with geriatrics, adolescence and individuals in recovery for substance abuse or mental health is preferred.
Personal training license or certification is preferred, occupational therapy assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants and physical therapists are welcome to apply as well.
Classes may contain between 2 to 8 clients per session; however, may be more depending on the facilities current census.
Compensation is offered at a higher than industry standard rate ($30.
00 per class); each class being 30 to 60 minutes in duration depending on the facility and program.
Position will be 1099 contractor
