The Preschool Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

* *Educational Leadership:*
* Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the latest research in early childhood education and promotes the holistic development of each child.
* Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers and staff to enhance their skills and stay abreast of best practices.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the preschool.
* *Administrative Management:*
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including scheduling, enrollment, and staff assignments.
* Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
* Manage the preschool budget, allocate resources efficiently, and explore opportunities for financial sustainability.
* *Team Building and Staff Management:*
* Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and support staff to maintain a high standard of professional excellence.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, teamwork, and a commitment to the mission of the preschool.
* *Family and Community Engagement:*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring effective communication and involvement in their child's education.
* Collaborate with community organizations, local schools, and other stakeholders to create partnerships that benefit the preschool and its students.
* *Child Development and Well-being:*
* Monitor the progress of each child and implement strategies to address individual needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
* Implement policies and procedures that prioritize the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all children in the preschool.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood education setting.
* Knowledge of current theories and practices in early childhood education.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with licensing and accreditation standards.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community.
