Stretch Coach

*Full Job Description* *Stretch Coach* National Fitness Center is seeking personal trainers, and stretch coaches to add to its team! This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new fast-growing modality within the fitness industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions * Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions * Create goal-oriented stretch plans for clients and continually seek to ensure evolving client needs are being met in stretch sessions * Build NFC membership and retain current clientele * Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce NFC policies and safety rules * Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations * Handle member concerns when applicable * Assist sales associates and PT General Manager with stretch demos and sales as needed * Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention * Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time Qualifications: * Have a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility * Existing background / certification in one of the following, or a bachelor’s degree in a health- and wellness-related field, is required, if not, we will train you! o Massage Therapist o Personal Trainer o Physical Therapist Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with client * Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people * Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy * Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals * Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies * Must be available to go through our NFC Flexibility and mobility Training Program, which includes 2 hours of online tutorials and flexibility test and 2-4 week of in-person/hands-on training Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $8.
