Preschool Pool Assistant (May-July 2023, Weekly Pay)

The Preschool at AJCC is hiring Summer Camp Swim Assistant May 2024 - July 2024.
The Preschool at AJCC is a TN three- star rated early childhood educational facility that fosters learning through a play-based environment while implementing the most current educational practices for social and emotional and cognitive skills towards kindergarten readiness.
The curriculum integrates the school’s unique and vast indoor and outdoor space.
This position will be responsible for supervision of children during pool times and assisting teachers during pool times.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday between 10:00am-2:00pm or 10:00-4:00.
Potential for more hours to include aftercare and fall employment dependent on position availability and performance.
Pay is dependent on experience and education.
Qualifications: \*ECE Degree preferred but not required.
\*Experience working with children.
Experience as a lifeguard is a plus.
\*First Aid/CPR Certification is a plus.
\*Open availability required, including state mandated training outside of regular hours.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.
50 - $13.
50 per hour Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
