Substitute Teacher/Floater

Overview: We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as a Substitute Teacher/Floater.
You would cover call ins, staff days off, and vacations.
Part time but some weeks you would work full time.
Guaranteed to work every Friday.
You would average 8-40 hours a week.
- Follow lesson plans and deliver instruction to students in various subjects and grade levels - Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment - Manage student behavior and ensure a safe learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff - Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers regarding student progress and behavior Experience: - communication skills - Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred - Understanding of childhood development principles - Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different classroom environments - Reliable transportation -Pass a drug screening, multiple background checks, and a TB test.
