National Fitness Center- Knoxville is looking for a Full-Time Membership Fitness Consultant.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting members, giving tours of the club, mild filing and administrative duties, greeting members as they enter/leave the club, must be able to use and monitor a lead management software, make 50+ phone calls/day.
*You must be a TEAM player!* Everyone helps keep the club clean, it is part of your job duties!
The shift would primarily be (35-40 hrs/wk).
*Nights/weekends and holidays are required.
* Ideal candidate *MUST *have *OPEN *availability and your own vehicle!
You will receive a *FULL ALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP* to all National Fitness and Court South clubs.
(_which includes, Tanning, HydroMassage, and the PHIIT Personal Training program_) and also immediate access to the Employee Rewards Program!
After 90 days, you are offered a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance and paid vacation.
This is a membership sales position.
You do not have to have prior sales experience to qualify, but it is highly encouraged! We will train the right candidate! You will be compensated with a base hourly AND commission with bonuses!!! We promote future Department/Club Managers from this position.
