Duties & Responsibilities:
Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals such as Head Coaches, fellow Assistant Coaches, Store-Level Team Members, Corporate Team Members, Guests, vendors, consultants, etc.
Prepares and processes store specific reports, correspondences, etc.
Ensures a high level of Guest satisfaction.
Assists in ensuring store is adequately staffed at all times.
Assists in handling personnel management matters while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Assists in planning, directing, and managing all aspects of the attraction.
Adheres to and enforces all FACE Amusement policies and procedures and demonstrates commitment to excellent Guest service in all aspects.
Assists in the development of innovative approaches to maximizing Guest satisfaction and overall revenue.
Provide support and direction to retail operations on implementation and company policies and procedures and ensure proper follow-through.
Manage in-store merchandising and display to ensure maximum visual impact and revenue generation.
Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level to ensure procedural and policy compliance.
Trains the team and maintains standards in the areas of service and up selling
Ensuring the guest’s bowling experience is exceptional
Inspects alleys to ensure equipment is operative and observes patrons to detect disruptive behavior and misuse of alleys
Manage facility upkeep and maintenance including cleanliness of the facility as well as ensuring functionality of all amenities offered
Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
Communicating the daily specials/offers, and provide exceptional guest service at the bowling counter and lanes.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
2-4 Years management experience in a high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue desired
Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
Strong Team Player and “People Developer”
Solid Communication Skills
Knowledge of POS register systems
