Head of School

Lenoir City Christian Academy is prayerfully seeking a Head of School for the leadership of all programs beginning June 2024.
LCCA is a ministry of First Baptist Church Lenoir City in beautiful East Tennessee.
It is a small school with great potential in the Loudon County community and surrounding areas.
The programs offered at the Academy include K-8 grades, afterschool care, summer care, and preschool.
The Head of School will be tasked with developing a biblical worldview in all areas of the Academy and leading the school staff to accomplish this mission.
As a ministry of the Church, LCCA works in conjunction with the church's pastors and staff to fulfill its mission.
The church is in a time of rapid growth and a person with strong administrative skills can lead the school to be a part of reaching the community for Christ.
Facilities include ample, shared classroom space, family life center, lunchroom/assembly room, new playground areas, and planned security improvements.
