Job Title: Adult Education Teacher
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for adult learners
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including literacy education, numeracy, and life skills
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum materials and instructional strategies
- Utilize technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with adult learners in an educational setting
- Strong classroom management skills to create a productive learning environment
- Ability to coach and support students in their educational journey
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and techniques for adult education
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
