Fox Den Country Club in Knoxville, TN is looking for a Head Swim Coach to join our team.
We are located on 12284 N Fox Den Drive.
Our ideal candidate is organized, enthusiastic, and has great communication skills.
While the season's practice schedule will primarily be mornings, Monday through Thursday, this position requires availability during swim meets and GKAISA/Swim League meetings, which will vary during the swim season.

Responsibilities
*Coordinate Swim Team meet schedule with the Club, Board, and GKAISA.
*Responsible for all scheduling, training, performance and safety aspects for all levels of the Fox Den Swim Team.
*Manages assistant coaches - including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations.
*Establish an environment that fosters positive team attitudes, encourages self-discipline, sportsmanship, and responsibility for all levels of swimmers.
*Maintain healthy professional relationships with the Board, regularly communicate and update the Board and Club Management.
*Communicate regularly and appropriately with membership.
Qualifications
*Swimming Coaching certified.
*2-5 years coaching experience.
*Knowledge of the technical and training aspects of competitive swimming.
*Ability to communicate well with parents and swimmers.
*Strong leadership skills and demonstrated professionalism.
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
*A contagious, enthusiastic, positive attitude; ability to motivate swimmers to achieve their best.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Compensation depends on your experience.
