Floater Teacher

Responsibilities: - Participate in engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and social development - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing individualized support as needed - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Experience: - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting - Knowledge of child development principles and practices - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment - Experience working with students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum or with special education requirements, is a plus We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher who is committed to providing quality education to young children.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with preschool-aged children, possess strong communication skills, and have a love for teaching.
