Manager in Training (MIT) -Commercial Cleaning

Knox-Blount Maintenance is looking to expand our management team by hiring a qualified applicant interested in working in management for a local small janitorial service provider in Knoxville.
In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work learn the industry and be trained to be responsible for overseeing the janitorial operations of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards and are looking for a manager who shares our commitment to excellence.
This position requires a valid driver's license and have received an associates degree or in active pursuant of a said degree.
* Oversee and manage janitorial staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
* Coordinate work schedules, including weekday and occasional weekend shifts.
* Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective measures are taken as necessary.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications * Valid driver's license.
* Desire to gain experience in a supervisor or manage role in the janitorial cleaning industry.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Ability to work Monday-Friday 5-1am with some weekend requirements.
Part time hours available to for those in school! Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: $18.
