Requirements: Education/Training: High School education or GED preferred.
Related Experience: Previous custodial and/or sanitation experience preferred.
Main Responsibilities: Sweeping and cleaning the entire warehouse to maintain required cleanliness standards.
Emptying trash bins and cleaning trash areas daily; operating trash compactor when applicable.
Pulling pallets and cleaning/scrubbing product bays on a rotating basis.
Handling spills or breakages, determining if products are resalable or must be disposed of per safety requirements.
Performing light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, collecting recyclable materials, and checking freezer and cooler for leaks or ice buildup.
Preparing reports to document cleaning schedules, spillages, and product damage; may track and order maintenance supplies.
Cleaning other areas of the warehouse and offices, including break rooms, restrooms, test kitchens, and more.
Maintaining facility grounds and dumpster areas.
Operating scrubber, pallet jack, and high lift if required .
