Housekeeper

We are searching for *two energetic Housekeepers *to clean up patient cabins every day.
These cabins are playfully messed up by kids of all ages.
You'll be surprised by the fun mess and smells you find when you clean cabins that are never the same two days in a row! Think of our cabins like a summer camp.
They are real log cabins where 8 to 12 kids stay.
Inside is an open-concept with bunk beds, dressers, day room, changing room, and a staff desk.
You'll be in charge of keeping 5 cabins clean.

*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* * Perform specific cleaning and custodial tasks in the general upkeep, sanitation and cleanliness of the cabins.
* Disinfect cabins, furniture, fixtures, equipment and supplies, using appropriate processes and germicides for cleaning equipment.
* Perform other housekeeping duties, such as move and arrange furniture, turn mattresses, sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors as needed.
* Launder soiled linens as directed.
* Maintain adequate cleaning supplies for department/unit use.
* Properly clean and store all equipment and supplies after each shift.
* Responsible for stocking of supplies as needed.
* Responsible for cleaning porta potties outside of cabins.
* Follow all infection control measures.
*OTHER FUNCTIONS:* * Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:* * Must pass criminal background check, drug test, finger prints.
* Must have valid drivers license.
* Previous experience in housekeeping in a commercial, clinical or healthcare environment would be great! Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
