Line Cook

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for prep and ensuring that all pizzas are prepared to the highest standards.

Duties: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards - Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen - Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations preferred - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed Skills: - Food preparation - Culinary skills - Wood-fire oven - Food safety knowledge - Restaurant experience - Food handling expertise - Food service experience - Food preparation proficiency Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
