About the Job:
* Morning Shift is responsible for opening the store with the Morning Manager and operating the store until the lunch crew arrives.
* Will perform food preparation, follow proper health and sanitation protocol, as well as operating the fryers , ovens, and other restaurant equipment.
* Some general cleaning duties are also required of this position.
* There is no dining room at Patriots, so customer service is NOT a huge component of this position (except when you are at the window, of course!).
You will interact primarily with other coworkers rather than guests.
* Base pay starts at $9-$10 depending on experience.
Take-home pay includes cash and credit card tips (our drive-thru kiosks prompt EVERY guest to tip prior to checkout! Tips are allocated proportionately by hours worked between all crew clocked-in.
)
* Morning Shift Lead position may be available to applicants with prior Shift Lead experience and will come with a higher starting base pay.
* Morning Shift Crew will need to be available from roughly 4:30 am - 10:30 am at least 3 days per week.
