Janitor (Part-time)

*SUMMARY:* Perform janitorial duties in all Surface Igniter areas.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Dusting, sweeping, and moping.
· Window cleaning on entrance doors.
· Trash removal.
· Monitor and clean walls, doors and frames.
· Keep all bathrooms cleaned and stocked.
· Keep employee break room and kitchen area clean and tidy.
· Keep appliances and vending machine surfaces clean.
· Empty and clean inside refrigerators and freezer periodically.
· Run errands as requested pertaining to but limited to sanitation.
· Maintain coffee and copier supplies in various locations.
· Monitor and report any issues regarding maintenance and safety noticed during routine cleaning.
· Monitor and maintain indoor and outdoor surroundings from debris.
· Maintain Recycling Program.
· Make decisions and perform work when supervisor is not present.
Must maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record.
