As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for restoring and cleaning properties that have been damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.

Duties: - Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extracting water, drying affected areas, and removing damaged materials - Conduct fire restoration activities such as cleaning smoke residue, deodorizing the property, and repairing structural damage - Handle mold remediation tasks by identifying and removing mold-infested materials and applying appropriate treatments - Perform asbestos abatement procedures in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Utilize power tools and equipment to restore damaged areas and ensure proper cleaning and sanitation - Collaborate with team members to coordinate restoration projects and ensure timely completion - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documenting damages, repairs, and materials used Experience: - Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred - Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement procedures - Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in restoration work - Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during restoration projects If you are a motivated individual with a passion for restoring properties to their former glory, we encourage you to apply.
