Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Production
1.
Will be trained on the donut production process, including: dough mixing, proofing, makeup, frying, glazing, filling, and topping.

Will become capable of scaling and mixing of ingredients, formula calculation and adjustments, dough mixing and makeup, makeup, proofing and baking of all products.

Control bakery waste and labor efficiency
6.
Understand the importance of team effort and efficiency to maintain a low labor cost
7.
Support other members of the bakery production team
Sanitation
1.
In depth understanding of all sanitation procedures
2.
Ensure all personnel are trained on cleaning procedures for all areas of the facility
3.
Maintain the documentation of each days cleaning activity
4.
Adhere to quality plant sanitation and safety
1.
Ensure safety procedures are followed
2.
Respond to emergency situations in accordance with procedures
3.
Display working knowledge of federal food codes
4.
Responsible for operating within food cost goals
