SUMMARY
To assist and work with children in an inclusive, developmentally appropriate environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
o Maintain log of children being checked in and out of the Kid’s Club.
o Prepare Kid’s Club according to daily checklist.
o Follow Daily schedule.
o Understand the schedule is subject to change as necessary to accommodate the company’s needs.
o Ensure appropriate guidelines and regulations are followed.
o Facilitate teamwork, staff moral and conflict resolution.
o Maintain a clean kid’s club while allowing children to play.
o Make sure Kid’s club is well stocked with necessary supplies
o Report to upper management when required.
o Make sure toys and games are clean and sanitary.
o Ensure children are supervised until parent or legal guardian shows proper ID card and signs them out.
o Ensure the Kid’s Club is opened on time in the morning an is closed properly at the end of the day.
o Follow opening and closing procedures.
o Inform the Sales Operations Manager of any issues/ challenges involving the operation of the Kid’s Club.
o Keep an accurate count of the children in the Kid’s Club.
o Maintain order amongst the children.
o Perform other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, interpret and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, short correspondence and memo in English.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organizations.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
