Childcare Educator

Responsibilities: - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide educational and developmental support to children - Monitor and supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom Requirements: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to educate and engage children in learning activities - Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with children - Ability to adapt to the needs of children with special needs or disabilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note: Additional qualifications such as CPR/First Aid certification or a degree in early childhood education may be preferred or required depending on the specific childcare facility.
