*1, 2, 3, Come Play with Me! *_This adorable Oak Ridge family’s ideal nanny would be very loving, interactive, and compassionate! They are seeking a nanny who will be very hands-on and engaging throughout the day! They would also love assistance with meal preparation for the children, children’s laundry, and help with keeping play areas clean and tidy! They cannot wait to meet you!_
*3 year old girl:* She can be pretty reserved/shy upon meeting anyone new but once she feels comfortable, she's a total ham and will get much chattier and sillier! This is especially true in smaller groups.
With large groups of people, she remains reserved but curious.
She connects with new people best through play! She attends Montessori school 3 times per week! The family would like for the nanny to focus on interactive play and early learning concepts! Mom would also love for the nanny to help her through the potty-training process! She is a great eater and is generally very open to trying new foods! She still naps but is resistant to napping at home.
Usually, mom and dad will encourage her to "take a break" aka quiet time for at least an hour to 90 minutes per day.
She consistently naps from 12:30pm to 2:00pm at school! She does not have any allergies or health concerns and her speech is excellent! Mom and dad would love for the nanny to assist with potty training! *Baby girl:* She is currently formula fed and has started baby solids! The family utilizes a meal delivery service for purees/soft foods for her, so everything is prepared ahead of time! She is very outgoing and loves meeting new people! She pretty consistently takes a midmorning and midafternoon nap lasting 60 to 90 minutes with a short cat nap (20 minutes) around 5pm! Mom and dad try to follow wake windows and sleepy cues! She had AR as an infant, but never required medication.
Mom believes she's grown out of it at this point! She does not have any other known allergies or health concerns and currently only has one tooth so far! *Pets:* The family has one dog.
He is good with children and is very calm! *Schedule:* Ideally, the family would like for the nanny to start on 4/1/2024.
That is mom’s tentative first day back to work at the hospital! Dad and grandma will be available to provide training/shadowing! One night per week, the family may need additional hours to help dad with the evening routine.
Mom is an anesthesia provider and will spend one night per week staying at the hospital on-call! In return for the extended hours one night/week, the family is open to having the nanny leave early on the following day since mom will be home from work early! The family would like to pay through payroll! Dad works from home during the week! At this time, the family does not anticipate the need for overnights or travel! The family would like for the nanny to have her own reliable vehicle to facilitate transportation to and from occasional scheduled activities and they will provide mileage reimbursement and/or an agreed upon weekly stipend! *Wishes:* The family is looking for a loving, interactive, and compassionate nanny who will be very hands-on and engaging throughout the day!
