Part-Time Toddler Teacher

*Part-Time Toddler Floater* The Goddard School in Knoxville Tennessee is looking for a dynamic teacher to join our team.
Our teaching positions are full time and part time, year round.

The toddler floater teacher will be responsible for giving bathroom breaks to our full- time teachers in classrooms and letting them leave for the day from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
*Teacher Qualification Requirements:* * Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Availability Monday through Friday during school hours (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) *Our Teachers work together:* * Meeting the individual needs of the children * Parent communication * Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom * Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning * Creating a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning * Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level * Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills * Using assessment tools Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
