Air Conditioning Outside Sales (Knoxville)

Opening for a motivated and driven outside sales person.
We will train the correct person on our systems and the information needed to be successful selling our service and installation projects to residential and light commercial clients.
The position has a small salary, within an unlimited earning potential.
WE DO NOT CAP YOUR INCOME! Outside sales experience preferred, this opportunity is for a sales professional "a killer!" We don't hire order takers.
We supply leads both from existing customers and marketed leads and expect salespeople to network and generate additional leads.
Responsibilities: Strive for nothing below a 5-star customer experience on every consultation Listen and educate customers on their HVAC equipment sales options Present yourself as a knowledgeable and professional when providing HVAC system replacement options Participate actively in all training and meetings Develop / cultivate professional relationships Available to go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner Complete all necessary paperwork to include: agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms.
Lead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows and community events and making outbound calls.
Qualifications: Must have passion for exceptional service Must enjoy serving and helping others Must pass drug test, background check, and have a clean driving record Must have at least 1+ years of Sales experience Must have a strong desire to succeed Must be trainable/coachable Must have a strong work ethic Must demonstrate highest level of integrity - doing the right thing even when no one is watching Bonus: Familiarity with Service Titan software a plus!
