Position Summary:
The Learning Project Coordinator will play an integral part in the overall success and effectiveness of our Learning and Organizational Development programs and initiatives through project coordination, administrative support, and learning content curation and maintenance.
Job duties / Responsibilities:
Plan and develop project plans (with guidance from the OD Lead), monitor project progress against deadlines, and execute on project plan activities
Identify and track deliverables for projects
Assist in the definition, documentation, and education of project-level processes and practices
Assist in the definition, creation, and ongoing maintenance of project-level dashboards
Facilitate project / program meetings as requested – scheduling, agenda management, logistics, and post-meeting support (notes, action items, etc.
)
Upload project-related documentation to common repository
Assist in identifying metrics for data tracking and analysis
Build solid relationships across the business to increase engagement with professional development opportunities
Maintain updates to OD SharePoint site
Create project presentation materials utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 tools as appropriate
Draft and send communication materials as needed
Assist with logistics and event planning as needed, working with external vendors when necessary, assisting with technology setup, ordering supporting materials, and scheduling
Assist with budget maintenance and payment processing for third party vendors
Assist in reporting on metrics and work with appropriate teams to generate ad hoc and automated reports
Provide additional administrative support as determined by project need, OD Lead, and Director of OD
Maintain content on internal self-service learning platform including consistent titling and tagging
Partner with Shared Learning Technology to maintain appropriate user profile permissions, accessibility, etc.
Assist in curating learning and development content for Clayton learners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 year’s prior experience in project coordination / planning
PMP certification a plus but not required
Strong project management skills
Ability to identify areas of improvement in project processes and procedures
Must be well-spoken with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Must be able to operate with a high degree of urgency and discernment
High attention to detail
Proficiency using Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Smartsheet experience a plus but not required
Familiarity with instructional design and principles of adult learning preferred but not required
