We are seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator for our Home Care Division to handle the staffing of caregivers.
We are looking for an independent, self-starting, and reliable individual that possesses a high level of energy coupled with great attention to detail.
Duties involve onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, orienting new employees, and more.
This is an entry-level position, and there will be on-the-job training.
The ideal candidate for this will be a person with basic knowledge of HR concepts.
He/she must be willing and eager to learn how to apply those concepts in an office setting.
*This is up to 90% remote position.
Must have high-speed internet.
* Duties: * Assists in the hiring process by ensuring candidates complete the pre-employment screens * Administer pre-employment tests and background screen requests * Orienting new employees to the organization * Preparing new employee files * Maintaining current HR files and databases * Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews * Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data * Ensuring background and reference checks * Assists in maintaining confidential human resources records.
* Ensures compliance in various self-audits * Files documents in personnel and accounting * Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned and as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: * Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality * Must be able to prioritize, and plan work activities as to use time efficiently * Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
* Knowledge of office computer applications * Must possess personal qualities related to respect for the rights and confidentiality of others.
* Must possess a high level of skill in communication, both written and verbal.
